1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • You notify us within 3 days of receiving your order
  • The product is unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact

Note: Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.

Provide your order number, a photo of the product, and the reason for return. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.


3. Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or message.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for the same item in a different color or design, subject to availability.
  • If the desired item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative or store credit.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items purchased during sales or promotions
  • Products that have been customized or personalized
  • Items returned after 3 days of delivery

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been shipped. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
